We are a well-established and rapidly growing provider specializing in premium short-stay accommodation cleaning. Our efficient operations are based out of our Bundall warehouse, just minutes from Surfers Paradise. We are dedicated to supporting our cleaning contractors with a seamless, organised system providing all equipment, pre-packed linen, and dedicated support staff so you can succeed and grow with us. We’re expanding our team and looking for contractors who want to build a successful partnership.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of our service, ensuring every guest’s first impression is perfect. Your core duties will include:

• Performing efficient and thorough turnover cleans of Airbnb properties, including deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Removing and replacing all used linen and towels with fresh sets from pre-packed bags.
• Restocking all guest supplies, toiletries, and cleaning products to the required standard.
• Picking up and returning all pre-packed cleaning kits and linen from our Bundall warehouse.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or property damage to management immediately after each clean.
• Following all established cleaning and safety checklists meticulously.

Qualifications

We are looking for professional, reliable contractors who can maintain our high standards. You must have:

• A current, valid Australian Business Number (ABN) to work as a contractor.
• Proven experience in Airbnb, hotel housekeeping, or professional cleaning is essential.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel between properties and our Bundall warehouse.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a high-energy “can-do” attitude, and a fun, professional personality.
• Flexibility to work 4-5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, as per the roster.
• The legal right to work in Australia.
