The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking a Body Shop Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical and organizational support to the Body Shop management team. In this role, you will handle customer communication, manage documentation, and assist with processing estimates, invoices, and reports contributing to a seamless workflow and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Process prepared estimates and coordinate communication with insurance companies and related parties.
- Answer incoming calls for the Body Shop and assist customers with information or direction.
- Prepare letters, reports, forms, and specialized documentation as needed by management.
- Process billing invoices, warranty claims, and vendor invoices for Accounts Payable.
- Track and reconcile paint inventory to ensure accurate records.
- Prepare weekly labor time reports for the payroll team.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding updates to repair plans, timelines, and progress.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in a front-office or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong typing accuracy and the ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
