Key Responsibilities
As a frontline expert, you will be the face of Rentokil, providing critical services that our customers rely on. Your core duties will include:
- Conducting thorough pest control inspections and risk assessments at customer premises to identify infestations and environmental factors.
- Performing general environmental disinfection and applying targeted treatments to eliminate pests such as insects and rodents.
- Delivering prompt, high-quality, and friendly service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Providing professional consultations to customers, advising on sanitation issues and preventative measures.
- Accurately completing and submitting digital service reports in a timely manner after each visit.
- Maintaining all company equipment, vehicles, and tools in excellent working condition.
Qualifications

- A minimum educational level of Senior High School graduate or above.
- A valid driving license is essential for traveling to customer sites.
- A strong service-oriented mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally in Mandarin.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A practical, hands-on attitude and a willingness to perform essential, sometimes physically demanding, work.
