 Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our installation team, your primary focus will be on delivering seamless service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing professional, efficient, and compliant installations of split system air conditioners.
• Conducting thorough site inspections and preparing accurate quotes and job plans.
• Ensuring all work adheres to strict industry regulations, safety standards, and company best practices.
• Providing excellent customer service on-site, clearly explaining the installation process and addressing any client questions professionally.
• Completing all necessary documentation, including job reports and compliance certificates, accurately and promptly.
• Collaborating effectively with the wider team, warehouse staff, and office coordinators to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A relevant trade qualification, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent). A Certificate II is a good base, but higher qualifications or proven experience are highly valued.
• A proven track record of successful split system installations, supported by references.
• A current ARCtick licence for handling refrigerant is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety protocols.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
• A current, clean Queensland driver’s licence.
