Key Responsibilities
Your week will be enjoyably varied, split between two core areas:
- Spend your time in our beautiful outdoor nursery preparing customer orders, handling plants with care, and assisting with general tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Take the wheel of our modern, 11-tonne curtainsider truck to deliver our premium hedges directly to clients. You’ll be the friendly face of Twining Valley, ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition.
- You’ll also help maintain a high standard of quality across all nursery activities, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual who meets the following criteria:
- A valid Class 2 Driver’s License and a clean driving record are essential.
- While previous nursery experience is a plus, we are equally interested in candidates with a proven history of hard work in similar outdoor or physical roles.
- You are physically fit, enjoy being active, and are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are at the top of our list.
- An interest in plants, gardening, or machinery will help you hit the ground running and find real fulfillment in this role.
