Key Responsibilities

Your day will be varied and hands-on, directly contributing to our store’s award-winning standards. In your chosen department, you will:

• Ensure the sales floor is always presented to the highest standard by expertly stocking, facing, and merchandising products.
• Provide exceptional, friendly service to every customer, answering their questions and offering helpful advice about our products.
• Work efficiently to maintain department cleanliness, including regular cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and inviting environment for both customers and team members.
• Operate checkout technology with accuracy and a positive attitude, ensuring a smooth and pleasant end to the customer’s shopping journey.
• Collaborate closely with your department team and supervisors to complete tasks, share knowledge, and maintain the fast-paced rhythm of our store.
