Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, you are essential to maintaining the comfort and dignity of our community. Your role includes:

• Planning and following a detailed cleaning schedule to ensure all resident rooms and common areas are sanitized and welcoming.
• Maintaining strict compliance with cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Reporting maintenance needs and managing housekeeping inventory to ensure supplies are well-stocked.
• Preparing rooms for new residents with care and attention to detail.
• Following all safety protocols for chemical use and wearing required PPE to protect yourself and others.
• Attending trainings to enhance your skills and contribute to our team’s efficiency.

Qualifications

We welcome dedicated individuals who are ready to learn and grow. The requirements are:

• A Grade school education is required; must be at least 18 years old.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to work as part of a team.
• The physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling carts, and being on your feet.
• A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all protocols.
• No prior experience is necessary—we provide the training for your success and career advancement.
