Key Responsibilities

As a Janitorial Crew Member, you’ll be essential to maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment for our client. Your daily duties will include:

Cleaning assigned areas such as rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and stairways according to set procedures and schedules.
Sweeping, removing debris, cleaning spills, and mopping floors throughout the facility.
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and polishing stainless-steel surfaces.
Dusting fixtures, shelves, and other surfaces as needed.
Maintaining the cleanliness and supply levels of restrooms.
Operating and sanitizing all cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
Accurately completing required logs and following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who are:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Physically capable of meeting the job demands, including lifting up to 49 lbs, and standing/walking for up to 10-12 hours per shift.
Able to read and understand safety rules and procedural documents (generally in English; Spanish materials provided where required).
Willing and able to pass a background check and drug test.
Must have a personal mobile device to use the KBSPresence app for timekeeping (cell phone reimbursement is provided in accordance with local laws).
