Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the essential upkeep that makes our motel a welcoming place. Your daily duties will include:

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds and mopping floors.
• Operating laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
• Vacuuming carpets and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas as needed.
• Occasionally assisting with moving or rearranging furniture to facilitate cleaning or room setup.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to our established standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is dependable and ready to contribute to our team. The ideal person will have:

• A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.
• The physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for periods of time.
• Reliability and the ability to work effectively with flexible hours.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• The ability to relocate to or reside in the Rolla, MO area prior to starting work.
