 Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to maintain impeccable cleanliness and support the kitchen’s flow. Your daily duties will include:

• Scraping, rinsing, and efficiently loading dishes, utensils, pots, and pans into the commercial dishwasher.
• Unloading, sanitizing, and properly storing all cleaned items to their designated places.
• Regularly cleaning, sanitizing, and performing basic maintenance on the dishwashing machine and surrounding area.
• Ensuring the kitchen and work areas remain spotless by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning food prep stations, and emptying trash containers as needed.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the guest bathroom.
• Completing any additional cleaning tasks as requested by the kitchen management team.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are dependable and physically up to the task. The right fit will have:

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing for extended periods, lifting racks of dishes, and handling bulky items.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• An understanding of the importance of sanitation and cleanliness in a kitchen setting.
• A reliable and punctual work ethic. Prior experience is beneficial but not required; we are willing to train the right person.

• A consistent 5.5-day work week with a guaranteed Sunday OFF and a half-day break on Saturdays.
• A clear split-shift schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM / Break / 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM and Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• A competitive hourly wage, with a base pay range of $38,000 – $60,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time hours).
• A competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience and reliability.
