Key Responsibilities

You will be the central point of coordination for all parts logistics, ensuring our workshop operates with flawless efficiency. Your core duties will include:

• Accurately identifying and sourcing parts using OEM catalogues and supplier networks to support internal repair orders for a range of prestige vehicles.
• Preparing precise quotes within our Eclipse management system and correctly assigning parts to specific job orders to maintain workflow integrity.
• Collaborating closely with the Parts Manager, Workshop Controller, and Service Advisors to align parts supply with our Super Service Triage system, anticipating needs to prevent delays.
• Proactively monitoring parts ETAs, managing any supply delays, and researching alternative solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Receiving and receipting incoming stock, maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy, and ensuring the parts department remains organised and presentable.
• Supporting regular stocktakes, processing supplier returns, and contributing to ongoing inventory control processes.
• Upholding the premium Cavalo brand in all interactions, through meticulous communication, professional conduct, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional who combines technical knowledge with a service-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter within a dealership or busy automotive workshop environment.
• Strong familiarity with European or prestige vehicle marques is highly regarded.
• Confidence in navigating Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPCs), supplier portals, and workshop management systems like Eclipse.
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where priorities can shift quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with technical and front-of-house teams.
• Outstanding organisational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a sense of ownership over your responsibilities.
