Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in various stages of our production process. Your duties will include:
- Building, assembling, and finishing cabinets and other wood products according to specifications and drawings.
- Operating a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and precisely.
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials with a high degree of accuracy.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and ensuring they meet our standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are either skilled tradespeople or eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:
- For Cabinetmakers: Proven experience and skill in cabinetmaking or a related joinery trade.
- For Factory Workers: A strong willingness to learn, good mechanical aptitude, and reliable hands-on ability.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- The ability to read and interpret basic drawings or work orders.
- Good physical fitness for manual tasks and standing for extended periods.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
