Key Responsibilities
As a Factory Worker placed at one of our client sites, you will be integral to daily production. Your tasks may include:
- Operating machinery and working on a production line, carefully following job instructions.
- Assembling parts using hand, air, or power tools.
- Sorting, packaging, and labeling parts and finished products.
- Performing quality control checks and maintaining accurate production records.
- Moving materials and products by pushing/pulling bins or stacks.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area while wearing all required PPE.
- Adhering strictly to all safety rules and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are ready to work and learn. To be successful, you will need:
- Must be currently unemployed and available to start full-time work immediately.
- A strong, proven work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, perform heavy lifting, and repetitive movements like bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Must provide your own CSA-approved, above-ankle steel toe boots.
- A positive, team-player attitude and the ability to work attentively and safely.
