Key Responsibilities
In this role, you are the guardian of our guests’ private retreat. Your daily mission will be to execute our exacting Gold Standards with precision and care:
- Prepare and transport your supply cart, then enter guest residences following strict procedures to ensure privacy and vacancy.
- Perform detailed cleaning of all room areas, including making beds, folding terry, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Restock all guest amenities and supplies, ensuring every item is present and in perfect working order.
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items, maintaining a discreet and efficient presence.
- Carefully inspect and straighten furniture, appliances, and desk items to create a flawlessly arranged environment.
- Promptly report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or lost items to ensure immediate resolution.
- Uphold the highest standards of personal appearance and confidentiality, representing the brand with quiet professionalism.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests with genuine warmth, anticipating needs and offering assistance with gracious discretion.
Qualifications

- A genuine passion for service and an unwavering attention to detail.
- The physical ability to perform essential duties, including pushing/pulling a loaded cart, bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds (with assistance for heavier items).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively as part of a supportive team.
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the hotel.
- No prior experience or specific education is required; we provide comprehensive training in The Ritz-Carlton’s legendary service culture.
