Key Responsibilities

In this vital role, you will perform specialized cleaning duties that ensure our resort maintains its highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Executing specialized cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing.
Safely moving furniture for deep cleaning or room reconfigurations as required.
Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests, delivering items and providing personalized service.
Restocking housekeeping stations on each floor with fresh linen and essential supplies.
Performing thorough cleaning in assigned areas, paying close attention to detail and upholding our quality benchmarks.
Collaborating effectively with the housekeeping team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while handling equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals who embody our values of care and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have:

Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including AM, PM, and Overnight, as well as weekends and holidays.
The physical capability to push, pull, and lift a moderate amount of weight comfortably and safely.
A strong sense of responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role is beneficial, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.

Pay Range:

The hourly rate for this position is $24.96 – $31.20, based on experience.
