Key Responsibilities
As the steward of the male locker room and lounge, you are central to the guest’s journey of relaxation. Your essential duties will include:
- Maintaining an impeccably clean, sanitized, and tranquil environment in all assigned areas, including locker rooms, lounges, and treatment corridors.
- Laundering, folding, and replenishing all linens, towels, bathrobes, and sandals to ensure abundant supply for guests.
- Proactively managing inventory, reporting shortages of cleaning supplies, amenities, and locker room essentials to prevent any service interruption.
- Conducting detailed walkthroughs to ensure common areas are perfectly presented, performing minor tasks like changing lightbulbs and submitting maintenance requests.
- Restocking all guest amenities, including bathroom supplies, product dispensers, and refreshments in the lounge.
- Providing warm, discreet, and attentive service to guests, anticipating needs to enhance their comfort and sense of escape.
- Communicating effectively with therapists, managers, and team members to ensure seamless spa operations.
