Your Role on the Production Floor
As a Machine Operator on the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), you will be a key player in our manufacturing process. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to manufacture and package high-quality products.
- Accurately reading and verifying production orders or dockets to ensure correct specifications are met.
- Performing basic machine setup, ensuring all necessary materials are available for a smooth production run.
- Conducting regular inspections of products and equipment to maintain our quality standards.
- Completing all required daily production paperwork and reports with accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area by following strict 5S and safety protocols.
- Adhering to all established safety rules and regulations without exception.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
