Your Role in Our Operations
As a key member of our farm crew, you will be involved in diverse and essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing field maintenance tasks such as soil preparation, precise planting, and efficient harvesting of crops.
- Safely operating and conducting basic maintenance on farm machinery and equipment (e.g., tractors, seeders, harvesters).
- Monitoring crop health regularly, identifying signs of pests or disease, and assisting with appropriate treatment measures.
