Core Responsibilities
Your role will be diverse, covering the full lifecycle of our vending machines at client sites. Your key duties will include:
- Transporting, setting up, and installing vending machines at various client locations across Singapore.
- Performing routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting to resolve mechanical or electrical issues promptly.
- Refilling and stocking machines with beverages and snacks, ensuring products are well-presented and within expiry dates.
- Managing cash collection and reconciliation from machines (if applicable to the role).
- Monitoring machine performance and stock levels to assist with efficient route planning for replenishment visits.
- Coordinating with suppliers for product delivery and logistics partners as needed.
Experience We’re Looking For
We are seeking a reliable individual who can work independently. The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior hands-on experience with vending machines—whether in setup, maintenance, or daily operations is a strong advantage.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- The physical ability to lift and move moderate loads (e.g., cartons of drinks and snacks).
- A valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred, as it is advantageous for transporting equipment and stock.
- A highly responsible, organised, and proactive work ethic with the ability to manage your own schedule and tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a schedule focused on weekdays, with occasional ad-hoc maintenance or service calls on weekends if required.
Role Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract, or Casual arrangements can be considered.
- Working Hours: Flexible schedule based on machine locations and service needs, with a primary focus on weekdays.
- Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary that will be commensurate with your experience and skill level.
- A competitive hourly rate between $27.00 and $33.00.
