Key Responsibilities
This role is central to keeping our Union location running smoothly. Your core responsibilities will be diverse, including:
- Safely driving a box truck to transport materials and equipment between various company locations locally.
- Assisting with general facility maintenance, lawn care, and groundskeeping.
- Performing warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, organizing, and basic inventory tasks.
- Completing a variety of assigned duties, which may include painting, cleaning, or basic repairs.
- Following all safety procedures meticulously, especially when working in varied conditions or at heights.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dependable individual with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude. The successful candidate will have:
- The ability to obtain a Class E Driver’s License.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with common hand tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions carefully.
- A motivated, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Respect for safety protocols, co-workers, and company property.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, and perform demanding tasks for 8+ hours a day in various weather conditions.
