Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Technician, you are a crucial part of the customer experience. Your primary focus will be on:
- Safely, efficiently, and courteously delivering and installing merchandise in customers’ homes.
- Providing outstanding service as a point of contact, answering questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor, merchandise, and company vehicles.
- Assisting with store tasks as needed, including during busy periods or when covering for team members.
- Following all safety protocols and procedures for both delivery and in-store activities.
Qualifications

- A strong customer-focused attitude and a reliable, team-player mentality.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record that meets company standards.
- The physical capability to safely lift, move, and install furniture and appliances.
- While experience in retail, customer service, or delivery is helpful, it is not required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
