Key Responsibilities
You will play a key support role in our critical supply chain. Your daily tasks will include:
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing medical kits and critical inventory for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged.
- Operating a walkie stacker (forklift) to safely move, stack, and organise inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Receiving, scanning, and sorting incoming deliveries, adhering to strict quality control and inventory management processes.
- Maintaining precise organisation of stock in designated locations and updating inventory records in our systems.
- Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and orderly, following all workplace health and safety policies.
- Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or issues with inventory to your supervisor promptly.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team member who brings both skill and a strong work ethic:
- A valid forklift licence is essential for this role.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following precise procedures—critical when handling healthcare products.
- Good physical fitness for tasks involving lifting and moving inventory.
- Basic comfort with technology for scanning and inventory management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and available to work the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
