Key Responsibilities
You will be the face of our company, entrusted with maintaining high standards at various client sites. Your key duties will include:
- Providing thorough commercial cleaning services to a range of clients, including offices, retail spaces, and other commercial premises.
- Following specific cleaning schedules and checklists for each site, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard.
- Operating and maintaining our supplied cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Communicating professionally and promptly with clients on-site and with our operations team regarding any issues or updates.
- Managing your time efficiently to travel between different sites according to your daily schedule.
- Upholding the highest standards of security and discretion while working on client premises.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and availability. The essentials are:
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence and your own reliable transport to get to our depot and travel between sites.
- Flexibility to work a mix of day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Start times can range from 6:30 AM to evening finishes.
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine pride in delivering quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused manner.
- Physical fitness to carry out cleaning tasks.
- Must be able to pass a police clearance and security check.
- Must have the right to live and work in New Zealand already.
Note: Cleaning experience is not required, as full training is provided.
