Key Responsibilities
You will be the right-hand support to our installation crews, playing a key role in every project. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Safely driving our company trucks to deliver materials and equipment to various job sites.
- Providing hands-on assistance with the installation of patios and outdoor structures, learning the trade from experienced professionals.
- Loading and unloading building materials and tools at our base and on-site.
- Performing general labouring tasks and providing overall site support to keep the workflow smooth and efficient.
- Helping to maintain clean, tidy, and safe work sites before, during, and after installations.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the right foundation and attitude. The must-haves are:
- A current open manual driver’s licence (this is essential for driving company vehicles).
- Your own reliable transport to get to and from our Glass House Mountains base each day.
- A strong work ethic eliability, punctuality, and good physical fitness are key.
- A keen willingness to learn, follow instructions, and take direction from site leads.
- A Construction White Card, or a commitment to obtaining one immediately.
Previous labouring or construction experience is helpful and will be looked upon favourably, but it is not essential. We are ready to train the right person.

This casual role is designed for stability and growth. You will receive:
- Steady, ongoing work with approximately 30-35 hours per week and consistent weekly pay.
- An hourly rate between $27.31 and $37.00, depending on your experience and progression.
