Key Responsibilities
Your role is crucial to the health and morale of the workforce. Key duties include:
- Perform thorough cleaning of high-traffic communal buildings and facilities, including offices, training rooms, crib huts, washrooms, locker rooms, and bath houses .
- Manage waste removal, power wash pathways, and perform light grounds work to maintain a tidy and safe site environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, time-managed setting to meet all cleaning schedules.
- Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current, valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable own transport (DIDO only – must reside in Central Queensland).
- Hold current Australian work rights.
- Be physically fit and conditioned to work 10-12 hour days in the extreme weather of Central QLD.
- Have basic computer skills and access to a computer for completing mandatory online training.
- : Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol Test.
