Key Responsibilities
In this role, you are a vital source of support and comfort. Your work will directly enhance our clients’ daily lives, with key duties including:
- Providing domestic assistance in clients’ homes as outlined in their individual care plans, such as light cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
- Creating a safe, clean, and healthy living environment that promotes our clients’ wellbeing and independence.
- Using your own reliable vehicle to travel to client appointments across the North Metro area.
- Managing your schedule effectively to ensure punctual and reliable service for all your clients.
- Maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach in every interaction.
Qualifications
We are looking for caring and reliable individuals with a big heart. The ideal candidate will have:
- A current National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months.
- A valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the willingness to obtain them.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence for travel between client homes.
- Strong time management skills and a clear understanding of workplace safety.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar domestic or support role is highly valued.
