Key Responsibilities
In this active, outdoor role, you will be involved in various tasks that directly support our environmental mission. Your key duties will include:
- Performing hands-on work at project sites, which may involve activities such as habitat restoration, trail maintenance, invasive species removal, or renewable energy site support.
- Operating and maintaining basic tools and equipment safely and effectively as required for specific tasks.
- Following all site safety protocols and environmental guidelines to ensure work is completed responsibly.
- Working collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Adapting to various outdoor conditions and contributing to a clean and organized work site.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and physically capable individual with the right attitude for outdoor work. The requirements are:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related hands-on, labor, or outdoor role is preferred.
- No specific degree or diploma is required; we value practical skills and a strong work ethic above formal qualifications.
- Must be physically fit to perform demanding tasks in an outdoor environment that can be noisy and dusty. Ability to work in all weather conditions is essential.
- A genuine interest in environmental work, a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
