Key Responsibilities
You will be the final and most crucial touchpoint in preparing our properties. Your key duties will include:
- Performing a thorough, hotel-standard clean of the entire property, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Changing all bed linen and towels, and ensuring replacements are neatly arranged.
- Resetting the property for the next guest, ensuring it is fully stocked and welcoming.
- Conducting a final inspection and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or damage with clear photo updates via our communication system.
- Managing your time efficiently between locations to meet scheduled turn-around times.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Your own reliable transport and basic cleaning equipment/products.
- A minimum of 6 months of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience. Experience with Airbnb, hotel turnovers, or end-of-lease cleaning is highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a professional presentation.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a coordinated team.
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly.
- Availability for daytime work and flexibility for weekend shifts during busy periods.
