Key Responsibilities
You will be the face of Toll on your delivery route, responsible for efficient and safe operations. Your key duties will include:
- Completing daily delivery runs of cartons, satchels, and parcels across the Sunshine Coast region.
- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Safely loading, restraining, and delivering all consignments without damage.
- Conducting pre-start vehicle safety checks and maintaining your vehicle’s presentation.
- Accurately using scanning devices and completing necessary delivery paperwork.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Car or Manual MR (Medium Rigid) licence or higher.
- The ability to provide a verifiable driving history.
- A safety-focused mindset with an understanding of Chain of Responsibility obligations.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading duties.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience is highly desirable.
- All applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical/drug & alcohol screening as required.
