Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Cleaner, you will be the heart of our service, ensuring every home meets our high standards. Your main duties will include:
- Following Hazelclean’s established processes to perform a full, high-quality house clean within the allocated timeframe.
- Completing general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and all surfaces.
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies, COVID-safe protocols, and relevant legislation.
- Taking responsibility for your physical wellbeing while performing your duties.
- Working collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and performing quality checks on each other’s work.
- Driving safely and responsibly, whether using a business or your own vehicle.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High attention to detail, reliability, honesty, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work efficiently within set timeframes and be self-directed.
- Prior cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory. A general knowledge of cleaning products and processes is preferred.
