Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished food products accurately into cases following established procedures
- Operate a pallet jack to move skids of cardboard and materials within the facility
- Lift, handle, and restock cardboard supplies into production machines
- Operate case-erecting and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform general sanitation, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks as required
- Support overall production flow by assisting with additional duties when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent completed
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting with clear communication
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive movements such as bending, lifting, reaching, climbing, and squatting
