Key Responsibilities
In this role, you are a guardian of our residents’ comfort and well-being. Your careful work will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping across all designated areas of the care centre.
- Following a structured cleaning schedule while demonstrating excellent time management.
- Interacting with residents in a respectful, compassionate manner that upholds their dignity and individuality.
- Maintaining effective and positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
- Ensuring that your cleaning routine always considers and respects resident lifestyles and personal choices.
Qualifications
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual who meets the following essential criteria:
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- A willingness to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability to work the allocated part-time roster and attend a one-day paid induction in Rivervale.
