This position involves the daily upkeep of our facility, ensuring all areas are spotless, sanitized, and ready for occupancy. We provide all necessary supplies, equipment, and chemicals. Please note this is a contract role where hours are built over time as you establish reliability and client relationships.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Your focus will be on maintaining impeccable standards throughout the facility. Key duties include:
- Performing thorough daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and all other assigned spaces.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and dusting all surfaces to a high standard.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all restroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and mirrors.
- Emptying all trash and recycling bins and replacing liners.
- Disinfecting high-touch points such as door handles, light switches, railings, and countertops.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages promptly to the supervisor.
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment use.
- Maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor on-site at all times.
The Skills And Experience You Bring
We require a professional with a proven track record. The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of commercial or institutional cleaning experience (required).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
- A reputation for being reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- The ability to follow specific instructions and complete all assigned tasks thoroughly.
- Must be able to commute to and work in Frisco, TX 75035.
