Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the entire painting process, from preparation to the final flawless coat. Your key duties will include:

• Safely and accurately operating all sheet metal and painting tools and equipment.
• Expertly masking and protecting undamaged vehicle sections to ensure a clean, precise paint job.
• Precisely mixing paints according to specifications to achieve a perfect color match and producing test panels for verification.
• Applying primers and paints using spray guns to achieve a smooth, even finish without sags, runs, or imperfections.
• Conducting thorough final inspections of the painted surface to ensure it is free of flaws, low spots, or unpainted areas.
• Maintaining all workshop equipment in excellent working condition and adhering to a strict cleaning regimen.
• Following all company and regulatory safety procedures, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and respirators.
