Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to assigned rooms in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist guests entering or leaving the property, including vehicle assistance and luggage handling.
- Transport guest luggage safely between rooms, storage areas, and reception zones.
- Explain hotel facilities, amenities, operating hours, and nearby attractions.
- Provide clear directions and assist with transportation arrangements such as taxis or shuttle services.
- Support luggage storage, retrieval, and delivery requests efficiently.
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and respond promptly to service requests.
