Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate tele-remote bogging systems for all production stopes.
- Transfer mined material to designated stope piles and ore passes.
- Load haul trucks accurately and contribute to maintaining underground roadways to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with the mining team to achieve daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain a strict adherence to all site safety protocols, procedures, and environmental policies.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Role:
- A minimum of two years of proven experience operating Boggers/LHDs in an underground mining environment.
- Practical experience operating Sandvik 517 and/or 514 loaders.
- A strong, unwavering commitment to safety standards and safe work practices.
- The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, cooperative attitude.
Highly Regarded Experience:
- Hands-on experience with tele-remote bogging operations.
- Previous truck loading experience in an underground setting.
- A current driver’s license.
