Key Responsibilities
You’ll be entrusted with the safety and satisfaction of our passengers, making every journey count.
- Safely operate buses on designated school, charter, and route services according to set timetables.
- Provide excellent customer service, offering a friendly, helpful, and professional manner to all passengers.
- Conduct pre-departure vehicle safety checks and maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented bus.
- Accurately read and follow route maps, rosters, and timetables to ensure on-time performance.
- Handle cash fares and electronic ticketing systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Uphold all road safety regulations, company policies, and specific requirements for services like school runs.
Qualifications
We provide the training and support; you bring the right attitude and credentials.
- A current Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence is essential.
- A valid NSW Bus Driver Authority (or the ability to obtain one we can guide you on the process).
- A cleared Working With Children Check.
- The ability to navigate, read maps, and manage a daily schedule effectively.
- A professional and neat personal presentation, with a patient and customer-focused attitude.
- No prior bus driving experience? Don’t worry. If you have the right licences and a willingness to learn, we provide comprehensive training.
