Key Responsibilities
Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our stringent quality and process controls. Your primary duties will include:
- Performing accurate sampling and comprehensive analysis of UPW (Ultra-Pure Water), chemicals, wafers, and slurries.
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting sophisticated laboratory instrumentation such as IC, GC, ICP-MS, LC-MS, VPD, and AT.
- Processing analytical data, writing detailed technical reports, and assisting in the design and summarization of experiments.
- Providing critical analytical support to engineers for tool troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Coordinating and cooperating on job assignments and analysis scheduling within the lab team.
- Strictly following all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) rules, including chemical management, change management protocols, and conducting risk assessments for all lab operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in analytical chemistry and laboratory practices. The ideal professional will possess:
- Hands-on experience with chemical lab analysis and the operation of advanced analytical tools (e.g., IC, GC, ICP-MS).
- A strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and chemical risk management.
- The ability to write clear, concise technical reports and design analytical experiments.
- Excellent coordination and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and process support.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required for effective communication and reporting.
