Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and thoroughly.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to high standards.
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors and common areas regularly.
- Dispose of kitchen and general waste properly, following hygiene procedures.
- Assist kitchen and service staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed.
- Follow all health and safety standards and hygiene procedures strictly.
- Support the smooth daily operations of the kitchen and store.

Required:
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, responsible, and a team player.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in similar roles is a plus but not required—training is provided.
Work Schedule
- 5 working days per week (2 off days assigned by the manager)
- 44 working hours per week
- Shift timings fall between 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM
- Breaks provided as per schedule
