Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Sanitation team, you will ensure the facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your core duties will include:
- Performing detailed disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of industrial bakery equipment according to strict schedules.
- Executing thorough washdowns, wet cleaning, sanitation, mopping, scrubbing, and waste removal tasks.
- Carefully following all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols.
- Accurately documenting your work by completing cleaning logs, checklists, and required paperwork.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment while strictly adhering to all OHS, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and food safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
We value a strong attitude and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will bring:
- A proven strong work ethic, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail.
- The physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 kg.
- Flexibility and availability to work the scheduled Tuesday to Saturday roster on afternoon and night shifts.
- A competitive hourly rate 19$.
- The ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision.
- A strong inherent awareness of safety, hygiene, and food safety principles.
Previous experience as a Sanitor, Industrial Cleaner, or within food manufacturing/FMCG is preferred, but not essential for candidates with the right mindset and dedication.
