 Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our field team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering quality services across a range of sites. Your daily tasks will include:

• Working collaboratively with the team to complete all assigned cleaning and light maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Traveling between sites in a company vehicle, starting the day at an agreed-upon meeting point.
• Performing a variety of cleaning duties in common areas, such as vacuuming staircases, mopping hard floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows.
• Assisting with some minor gardening tasks as part of the overall site presentation.
• Helping to organise the workflow on-site to ensure all daily targets are met within the scheduled timeframe.
• Regularly communicating with your Supervisor and Manager to provide updates and ensure smooth operations.
• Prioritising safety in every task, strictly adhering to all company Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable team player with a strong work ethic. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of two years of proven experience in the commercial or industrial cleaning industry.
• A current, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and the confidence to drive to and between various sites.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that encourages effective teamwork.
• A genuine desire to deliver a top-tier service and a keen eye for detail.
• The physical capability to move easily across large complexes and navigate multiple flights of stairs throughout the workday.
• A firm commitment to safety and the ability to follow all WH&S protocols diligently.
