Key Responsibilities
You’ll be working weekday evenings across various commercial sites. Your core duties will include:
- Performing scheduled commercial cleaning duties to a consistently high standard across office, retail, or education facilities
- Working efficiently within the 4pm–11:30pm shift window (rotating, weekdays only)
- Managing your time effectively to complete all assigned tasks without requiring constant supervision
- Maintaining strong attention to detail we don’t do “once over lightly”
- Operating independently while remaining contactable and responsive to site managers
- Traveling reliably between different locations as required (own car essential)
- Representing our company professionally at all times
Qualifications
We’re looking for one specific profile: an experienced commercial cleaner with their own transport and a clean police record.
You must have:
- Minimum 1 year commercial cleaning experience not domestic, not occasional. You know the pace, the standards, and the equipment
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable car you need to get yourself to and from different sites, on time, every shift
- Current National Police Check mandatory. Our sites require security-cleared personnel
- Availability for rotating weekday evening shifts (4pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, finished work
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
- Great attitude and genuine willingness to learn our systems and standards
You must also have:
- Legal right to work in Australia
