Key Responsibilities
In this role, you are a trusted presence. Your careful work directly impacts the daily lives of others, with key duties including:
- Performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain our office and Participant homes to the highest standard of cleanliness and order.
- Using cleaning products safely and effectively, with a keen attention to detail in every task.
- Demonstrating the utmost respect and discretion while working within the personal spaces of our Participants.
- Being flexible and responsive to the unique needs of different homes and office areas.
- Proactively identifying and addressing cleaning needs, always with a polite and professional demeanour.
Qualifications
We are looking for a kind-hearted and reliable individual with the following qualities:
- A genuine desire to meet the needs of others and a compassionate, patient nature.
- Comfort and experience with general cleaning tasks and maintenance.
- A high level of professionalism, politeness, and respect for privacy.
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to the varying requirements of different venues.
- A proactive and responsive attitude, ready to meet each day’s unique challenges directly.
- A current police check or the willingness to obtain one is required for this position.
