Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on maintaining the estate to a high standard. Your daily duties will include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness of all common areas, including corridors, lift lobbies, and public restrooms.
- Maintaining the car parks, compound grounds, and all rubbish disposal areas by sweeping, clearing litter, and washing as needed.
- Collecting waste from designated points and ensuring it is properly sorted and disposed of according to guidelines.
- Performing basic maintenance checks and promptly reporting any damages, faults, or safety hazards to your supervisor.
- Adhering to all safety protocols while performing duties in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident (PR), or hold a valid Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP).
- Possesses a strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks that involve walking, bending, and lifting.
- Willing to work 6 days a week and follow all on-site safety procedures.
- Familiarity with the Jervois Road area or accessibility via nearby bus services (14, 32, 65, 139, 970) or Great World/Redhill MRT is beneficial.
