Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Public Area Cleaner, you will be essential to our guests’ first impression. Your daily tasks will focus on maintaining impeccable standards:

• Thoroughly clean all assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and lounges, by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize public toilets, ensuring they are spotless and fully stocked with supplies like soap and toilet paper.
• Greet guests politely and professionally whenever you encounter them, providing a friendly face of the hotel.
• Perform regular checks to empty rubbish bins and ensure all spaces are tidy and presentable.
• Complete any additional cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor to support the wider hotel team.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will need:

• A positive, eager-to-learn attitude and a reliable, dependable nature.
• Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility for your work.
• The ability to work well as part of a team but also independently to complete tasks efficiently.
• Good physical fitness for a role that involves standing, bending, and moving around.
• No prior experience is necessary we provide full training to all new team members.
