Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and detailed cleaning service to our commercial clients.

• Perform detailed vacuuming of carpets, curtains, and all upholstered furniture.
• Thoroughly clean, dust, and polish all furniture, fixtures, and fittings to a high standard.
• Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, and toilet facilities, including disinfecting and deodorising all surfaces and fixtures.
• Sweep, mop, wax, and polish a variety of floor types including tiled, vinyl, timber, and concrete.
• Operate carpet and upholstery cleaning machines, selecting and applying appropriate cleaning solutions to treat stains and refresh fabrics.
• Empty all bins, remove rubbish and recyclables, and clean windows and other glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
• Strictly adhere to colour-coding systems for cleaning cloths and equipment to prevent cross-contamination.

Qualifications

We are looking for permanent residents or citizens who are adaptable and take initiative.

• Must be a New Zealand Permanent Resident or Citizen.
• A reliable, strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and a pride in your work.
• Full flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and operating equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• While full training is provided, any prior commercial cleaning experience is a definite advantage.
