Concrete Products Machine Operator Required In Canada

We’re currently looking for a Concrete Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role working with single-function machines to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete to specifications. If you’ve got at least a year of experience, you’re comfortable handling heavy loads, and you’re able to work independently without someone watching over your shoulder, this could be a solid fit. No degree or certificate required—just solid experience and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting up and adjusting machines: You’ll get single-function machines ready for operation, making sure they’re calibrated and set to the right specs before you start.
• Mixing, drilling, grinding, and cutting concrete: You’ll operate machines to process concrete according to job requirements—following specs carefully so everything comes out right.
• Filling moulds with concrete: You’ll pour and place concrete into moulds, making sure they’re filled correctly for casting.
• Drilling holes in stone: When needed, you’ll operate machines to drill holes in stone blocks or slabs according to specifications.
• Removing castings from moulds: Once concrete has set, you’ll carefully remove finished castings from moulds without damaging the product.
• Handling heavy loads: This work involves lifting and moving heavy materials, so physical fitness and proper technique are important.
• Working independently: You’ll be expected to manage your tasks without constant supervision—just get on with the job.

What You Must Have

• 1 to 2 years of experience operating concrete or stone processing machinery.
• No degree, certificate, or diploma required just solid hands-on experience.
• The ability to handle heavy loads safely and consistently throughout your shift.
• Good manual dexterity you need steady hands and good coordination for precise work.
• The ability to stand for extended periods this isn’t a sit-down job.
• Comfort working independently without someone checking on you every hour.
