Key Responsibilities
You will be assigned to a specific cleaning role based on operational needs. Your core duties will involve:
- Performing thorough cleaning tasks for either outdoor areas, indoor spaces, residential blocks, clubhouse facilities, or general compounds as assigned.
- Using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents to vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
- Ensuring all assigned areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, including waste removal, window cleaning, and restocking supplies.
- Following all safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Working collaboratively with team members and reporting any maintenance issues or supply needs to your supervisor.
- Adapting to different cleaning assignments as a Floater, providing support where it is needed most across various sites.
Qualifications
We welcome applicants who are physically fit and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- A team player with good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to understand and follow instructions in English or our primary working languages.
- Prior cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as on-the-job training will be provided.
