Drivenforce, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic, organized individuals to join our team as DHL Delivery Drivers in Tulsa. If you love being behind the wheel, enjoy interacting with people, and have a natural sense of direction, this could be the perfect full-time role for you. You’ll drive a DHL-branded vehicle, wear a DHL uniform, and deliver and pick up packages across the area Monday through Friday. We’ll provide the training and tools you need—including route optimization software to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
As a DHL Delivery Driver, your daily duties will include:
- Driving a DHL-branded vehicle safely and efficiently along assigned routes.
- Delivering and picking up packages from customers in a timely manner.
- Using route optimization tools to plan efficient daily routes (training provided).
- Interacting professionally and courteously with customers during every stop.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your delivery vehicle.
- Completing all necessary paperwork and tracking deliveries accurately.
- Representing DHL and Drivenforce with a positive, professional attitude.

Requirements:
- Clean driving record with no suspended license or reckless driving tickets (we run an MVR).
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
- Willingness to pass a drug screen (we do not recognize medical marijuana cards due to DOT regulations).
- Reliability and punctuality.
Experience:
- Previous delivery driving experience is preferred, but if you have the right qualities, we encourage you to apply.
Schedule and Pay
- Schedule:Â Monday through Friday
- Average Hours: 37–40 hours per week
- Pay:Â $17.50 per hour
- Work Location:Â In person, on the road in the Tulsa area
