Key Responsibilities
Your role will be central to our daily production, ensuring our dairy products meet the highest standards. Your key duties will involve:
- Operating and monitoring various pieces of production machinery, from basic filling equipment to more advanced systems, depending on your experience level.
- Actively participating in the making, filling, and packing processes for our range of dairy products, following strict quality and safety procedures.
- Performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of all work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
- Working collaboratively with your team to meet production targets efficiently and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Following all workplace health, safety, and food safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
- Accurately completing basic production documentation and reports as required.
Qualifications
We are looking for team members who bring the right attitude and capability. To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded, with dairy experience being a distinct advantage.
- Physical fitness and the ability to comfortably stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, including lifting items up to 15kg.
- A reliable, proactive, and motivated work ethic with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with your team and follow instructions.
